Carriage House Development is always looking for parcels of land to purchase. Most of the land we purchase consists of single lots in existing subdivisions, old homes or mobile homes that need to be torn down, or acreage that needs to be developed into one or more lots. We have experience both is large and small subdivisions and are willing to look at any project you may have.
Most of our construction takes place on single lots, so we have vast experience in developing parcels that need wells, septics, tax segregation, or have wetlands or other problems.
If you have a parcel of land that you have had a hard time selling or have been told in the past is unbuildable, we would love to have the opportunity to work with you in developing it into a usable building site.
